In the last couple of weeks, this asshole has uploaded close to 500 galleries of random crap, all of which I've checked are nearly full, and the huge majority of content within which are probably repeated elsewhere on this site.

Can we please start banning for this kind of behavior already? This isn't your personal porn collection backup service.
