Couple of questions:
1. What kind of whackadoo drug is transmittable at all, let alone sexually? I mean, i understand transmitting diseases, but not medication/drugs.
2. So, does this mean that the guys who raped her back in ch 1 also got infected?

@Volttekka You're questioning logic about a sexually-transmittable drug, in a story where said drug instantly rewrites your entire DNA to become a female with no negative physical repercussions and that breaks the laws regarding conservation of mass. I'm just pointing that out.
