I feel it needs to be said, the reason this has such a low star rating is that this "release" presents itself as an ad for the author's patreon and not a genuine addition to the site.
The cliffhanger at the "end" [page 15] followed by a pateron being the primary reason.
If you want to plug your patreon, no one really cares go ahead, bait and switch us; especially with a cliffhanger? Most will hate you. Even more so if you do not make it explicitly clear that the rest of the chapter will be released here. And no labeling it (Ongoing) will not cut it. There are lots of abandoned "(Ongoing)" and it gives no clear indication of when you will release it here.
I do not think this was an intentionally malicious move, but it sure smells like it.

This comic certainly isn't meant as just an ad or anything like that. E-hentai has provided so much good content to me over the years and was one of the reasons I started writing and making stories!

I, personally, never doubted that the entire story would be released here. I just wanted to make it clear as to the reason why you were receiving such a low score.

It is an easy thing to overlook when acting with pure intentions. YOU know you will be releasing it all here and YOU know there is no bait-and-switch attempt, as such, you think nothing of where the endpoint of the current release is, nor the standard patreon shoutout final page. But the readers, who have been jaded, have no reason to believe you had pure intentions.
Honestly, I would say the majority of the hate was caused by ending on page 15. If you had ended it on page 13 or page 16, I think about 60-80% of the hate would not have occurred. The rest of the hate came from the wording of the patreon shoutout.

The way this is phrased, makes it sound like the standard lines that come from charity and [BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE...BUY NOW!!!!] scammers.
****I am not saying you need to change it**** I just want to make it clear were and why you are receiving hostility. After all, you will never please everyone and having a strong [Call to Action] is great for marketing. You are not wrong for having it phrased that way, but it was a rock apart of the landslide of backlash you received.

would be a good example of a non-offensive patreon shoutout. ****Again, not saying you need to copy this**** or that you should change your page further. After all, you need to speak with your own voice, and tone. I just want to help you (and anyone else who happens to be reading this) understand what went wrong here and to provide suggestion on how avoid this problem in the future.

If you do want to end on a cliffhanger page, maybe exclude the patreon shoutout final page for a release cycle or two; so you can build up some good faith. Even if you have a million other stories on the site, there will always be a new person, who will arrive to your current work as their first impression of you.
Patreon links in the comment section should almost never cause a backlash and even if they do; they should only ever cause an ignorable level of backlash. Those people were going to be angry anyway and it will only ever be a symptom of a problem never the cause.

My final suggestion would be, to do the same as in my linked example and release all the chapters in a single ongoing...what are these called...single ongoing file? ****Once again, not saying you should**** but this would mean a direct carryover of good faith from the previous chapters. The major negative of doing this would be new people will start getting overwhelmed by the massive read ahead, once chapters start piling on; they may get turned off from reading any of it.

@grazi556 Tidy is one of the most stingy creators. Just wait for a patron to get fed up, upload everything they have (which is still barely a couple dozen pages more after a year+). Tidy gets pissy, makes some comments on their Patreon, and then we keep going.
