TLDR
Dumbass mom still thought bully is friends with MC who didn't say shit about it.
Mom so happy with her new catch because her husband is a massive faggot, she even went as far to make bento for the bully.
It wasn't until the son suspected there's something going between the bully and his mother he told her to stop seeing him spilling the beans about him never being his friend and in fact being the one who bullies him at school. Mom was shocked and tried to take bully's side thinking son was just envious but later apologized and told bully she didn't want to meet him as she was busy with son's birthday so bully invited himself and drugged the son and had sex with the mom right there.

She no longer is feeling guilt about it despite knowing the bully is a piece of shit. It reminded me of Ratata works and this is going to end bad for her.
