If you're going to upscale a low res compressed image, make sure you use noise reduction and do not save final image with high compression (page two looks horrible). Also, just to be sure, you did use a proper upscaling tool like waifu2x right?

At the bare minimum use different fonts, avoid the default windows ones ('Wild Words' is a commonly used choice for general dialogue) and center align all text.
Can't comment on translation, though some of the dialogue comes off as a bit stiff and should probably be rephrased to sound more natural.
