@tidlydoo I'm like 95% the translation on the last page is incorrect, or else missing a crucial component. Takumi's mother calls, though we only hear one side of the conversation. It's implied she asks how things are going, and Takumi's reply is "Yes, I'm doing well. How are you doing?" though it's more casual. However, she then asks a question, but nothing is mentioned about 'hearing' or anything like that. Takumi repeats "ハメをずしてないかって？", but I believe his mother actually asked was "食めを外してないかって?", which is pronounced the exact same way, and would translate more to "And you haven't been skipping meals?" or "And you've been eating well?". Takumi dissuades this worry, and then says "ずっとハメてるよ~". However, what the mother would hear on the other line is "ずっと食めてるよ!~", which would basically be saying "I'm eating all the time!" or "I'm constantly fed". However, what Takumi repeats back isn't "eating", it's "Screwing/Fucking/Inserting". It's a double entendre with 食め/ハメ.

A more accurate translation (if less literal) would have been:

"Yeah? Is that you mom?"

"Oh yeah, no, I'm good. And you?"

"Huh? Have I been neglecting to eat?"

"No, no..."

"In fact, I'm getting stuffed right now!~" or maybe "Huh? Skipping meals? No way. In fact, I couldn't be any more stuffed!~"

You could go in any number of different directions with this. The point is the mother (presumably) never mentions sex; she's just checking in. And Takumi's replies are meant to have double-meanings. It's also possible she's asking "And you're fitting in okay?" and hearing "Oh yeah. it's a perfect fit". It's also possible she's asking if the Kimono she sent fits and Takumi is saying "I'm wearing it right now", but that reading is very unlikely. But I'm also not completely fluent, so I'm not sure. But the bottom line is Takumi definitely does -not- say "I'm getting fucked in the ass". Even if you translate it more literally and assume there's no pun, and simply a misunderstanding, Takumi would be saying "I'm constantly being inserted into", or more vulgarly, "I'm fucking all the time", I don't normally post on these things but that was really bugging me lol

I'm not fluent either, but I didn't feel the pun translated conveyed the same meaning so I kept the convo about sex.
Also, normally, screwing around implies regular sex and well the current situation in not what the mom expects, so I decided to just say he's getting fucked in the ass. But yea, what you said sounds more accurate.
