Well Saber Artoria is a King who never disclosed her gender and even temporarily grow dick with magic to have a heir. Originally the protagonist of Fate/Stay Night supposed to be female and Saber supposed to be male Artur but it was changed half-way because, well, Japan.
There is an alternative version of the Artoria who disclosed her gender, she is a queen.
There is dosens of "Saber Faces" of both genders, including Nero, and half as much of "Sakura faces". The Nero and Jeanne D'Ark are the most noticable for being straight up pallete swap (althought Nero also have shorter skirt that is transparent at the front). It's because Saber Artoria is so popular they pretty much tried to ride on her coattails.
