The terms succubus and incubus don't necessarily describe a gender, they describe the role fulfilled by whatever is being described using the terms. Even though the succubus was male, it still carried out the role of a succubus by draining male vitality through sexual intercourse. Incubi, "incubate" their targets, which is literally where they get their name from. And I think we can all agree, that wasn't the case in this doujin.
