It says pixiv on the title. Pixiv literally requires you to censor because of Japanese law or they will take your uploads down. The mosaics due to this being pixiv uploads has nothing to do with the creator.

Twitter itself doesn't apply censorship rules I'm sure, but a twitter gallery would be tagged as twitter not pixiv. Then again most of the dudes putting up AI pictures usually paywall the uncensored versions so I'd be surprised if a twitter gallery somehow had the uncensored variants ¯_(ツ)_/¯
