Supposedly, it started as a reinterpretation of a yokai called Kappa (japanese folklore) by scat fetishists, and people like Fan no Hitori took it from there (originally, Kappa is a polite balding turtle who steals the soul from people's anus or something - see, it wasn't the bombs that made Japan so weird). I'm not a shit-loving weirdo myself and this is the best explanation I found, but it doesn't convince me either.

Anyway, it's a pretty bizarre fetish. So specific. Down to the length and bright colors, or the fact it's some kind of gel that can hold its shape as an onahole, and retain thinking capacity. I wonder if it's Fan no Hitori that came up with all the small weird rules or if it comes from somewhere else?
