Last page (honestly disappointed to know there's only one more page after this set-up) was deleted by DA and the artist hasn't reuploaded it anywhere. The artist is on EH so I've sent them a forum PM here asking if they had any plans to upload it here but got no response. With some luck, they'll eventually upload the complete (perhaps even extended) version here themselves.
