I'd also say trying to spice up the language of the translation and not sound too "accurate/plain" can sometimes work against the point of a scene. "What on earth is this...?" and "Who could have thought I'd grow a dick!?" sounds way more relaxed, more suprised than shocked.

I still liked it and would enjoy a sequel if it ever happens. The "moral degeneration" type stuff is really fun for me. Especially if the person is just given a little push and then does the rest on their own. And even moreso if they're a girl with a dick they didn't always have :p
