So I was planning on translating Shikei's Alisa Ijiri 3, when I found that I was dissatisfied with the quality of the translation for Alisa Ijiri 2. Since the former is a very direct continuation of the latter, I decided to re-translate this doujin first, and then I'll upload Alisa Ijiri 3 in the next couple of days.

For those of you interested, what I personally found lacking from the translation that's already out there was mostly the choice of grammar and the placement of texts within the speech bubbles. Also, in my translations, I do put in extra effort to find alternatives for some words like pussy, womb, dick, and many others, as well as phrases such as:

"I can feel it hitting my womb!"
"[insert character's name]'s pussy is swallowing my dick!", etc.
(Although I'll sometimes use words like penis in a normal setting, or cock in a rape situation like in many of Rabbi's doujins. Also I don't think I can (or should) avoid characters screaming they're cumming).

This is because I personally dislike it when it feels like the characters are being too explicit/vulgar, and it's also the reason I've yet to translate something like the Claire Ijiri doujin, because Rean and Claire are SO out of character in that one, it's way beyond jarring and I physically cringe trying to translate it haha. Sometimes I do take some liberties and not translate things directly 1:1. I do think that translating Japanese to English and vice versa is best done when it's NOT just a 1:1 direct translation, and it's better to find ways to convey the same meaning, even if that means changing things somewhat.

Anyway, translating these doujins takes a non-trivial amount of time and effort, with clearing the speech bubbles being particularly tedious work. I hope you enjoy these translations, and I will be posting more in the days to come.
