I dunno, NTR is inherently derogatory. Some people just like the pretty boy in a submissive position, but I personally feel that there is at least some spite involved in the creation of NTR/cuck stuff. I myself don't have anything against Cloud personally. But I do think he, and his game, are some of the most over-appreciated things in gaming of all time. FFVII was, at least in the story and character department, completely unremarkable, even at the time of its release, and even within its own franchise. I take beef with what I see as an unearned legacy, and that occasionally bubbles over as spite towards specific aspects of it. So when I see Cloud getting fucked over, it triggers the happy chemicals in my brain.
