pronoun is a very big problem when you do MTL from japanese into other languages for now. MTL is a good assistant when you can read in japanese but If you don't know any japanese and you do want to know exactly what the plot is then I highly recommend you learn something simple at least or just don't try it, instead gou can read the pics directly.

Is the stuff that was never translated before translated roughly? Yes. Can you understand it? Yes. The last part sat untranslated for years. OP did an okay job. GIMP OP is free. Not as good as photoshop but it is free to use. There are some free online editors as well. Give BeFunky a try. I mostly use them for Thumbnails, but some of their AI tools might be useful.

There's a 3 fold problem when using MTL:

1- People that want a proper translation dont enjoy it
2- The translation gets taken off the bounty and there will be less of an incentive to do a proper translation
3- The people that use MTL rarely even fix the most basic things like correctin pronouns. Do you have any idea how many times I've seen characters refer to women as "him" because whoever uploaded it couldn't even notice it and go "Mmmm, the machine made a mistake, lets fix it before uploading it!"? Because I have noticed it several times.

So... What do you call the kind of creature that the transformed-but-still-sorta-sane nurse is? The bodyplan that her human body had been stretched and distorted into is clearly that of a spider, complete with her original limbs and the new ones having multiple elbows. It's not an arachne, that's for sure, as that's a centauroid bodyplan. It's almost like the spider version of a "dorse".
