@DarklordMTLs the translation is almost correct however needs some corrections, i think

hope you shall correct these mistakes (or perform improvisations) at some of these places and update this gallery with next version,

(1.) on page 03 => third rectangle thought box from right
it should be "But, I thought that it would be better to teach through actual experience rather than words, so I decided to have sex with my son"

(2.) on page 09 => last rectangle thought box at leftmost side in bottom
it should be "I didn't care what he said // what was said // what it was, because what was happening to me inside my body was more important"

(3.) on page 10 => second rectangle thought box from right side
it should be "I kept giving empty answers" or "I kept repeating empty replies"

(4.) on page 13 => blue circular dialogue box on rightmost side,
son - "Does it feel good to you, Mother?!"

(5.) on page 14 => second frame,
rectangular thought box in centre,
mom (thinking) - "I have to tell him to let it outside"

mom - "then..."
mom - "take it out"

(6) on page 15 =>
circular dialogue box,
son - "I'm cumming!! Mom!!!!"

and, lastmost rectangular thought box, the most confusing part for translation for this doujinshi,
i am not sure what would go in there, but some suggestions are
"now I've come to understand the reasons for many unplanned pregnancies..."
or
"I can see why there are so many births and marriages..."
requesting to ask someone well versed in Japanese for the lastmost thought box
