For this gallery, I got all of them one by one (yep) but before I had twitter media downloader, which stopped being supported, so now I use hitomi downloader, which was recommended by me by the user rekening.
A tip, you need to login in your account to get the images from twitter, but in the newest version of hitomi downloader wasn't letting me login, so I just got an older version, hope this helps.
