It seems that this rewrite doesn't follow a specific chapter, but is using pages from multiple different chapters from MC Gakuen. Some of the pages art and not just text have also been edited quite seamlessly as well.

I do actually remember reading this MC gakuen. iirc it was a bonus chapter around 3 or 5 its missing some parts like the bath scene and dinner. good edit though.

From what I remember from the original work the dorm mother was a trans woman and the girls weren't futanari, but rather just got fucked by the male students while under the mind control. So this rewrite is mostly a futa positive one making it all center around some supposed conspiracy that turns girls into futanari at this all-girls school. I certainly like it better this way, though it will probably not be continued then, as there isn't much material left.

For those wondering this is lifted basically entirely from MC Gakuen Sixth Period (421789) which came out during one of the several purges of MC Gakuen so it was only up briefly.

This is basically that chapter with a few redraws with the following scenes removed: part of the morning, the bath scene, most of the pages in the dinner scene, and a final scene with the dorm head. In the OG the dorm head is trans woman and the only one with a cock besides the men(as KikiKanri pointed out).
