Not wanting to argue here but i call manga where girls have dicks futanari. That's the commonly known word for it here in the west, regardless what it "technically" means.
If someone were to ask me what futanari means, i would explain it means shemale, or a comic where girls have dicks.

It's one of those things where one meaning becomes the standard. Like, in japan anime means all animation, but here we use the word specifically for japanese animation.

Size difference is something I'd love to do more of but the models just really dont like it from what I've seen this was the best of like hundreds of failed images sadly.
