I wish antiAI people weren't so cringy. They ferociously simp for artists whom they probably never gave a penny, but they never take the effort to learn anything about how the AI actually works.

All lawsuits trying to gain quick bucks by claiming "piracy" and filing lawsuits against AI while it's new and misunderstood have so far been struck down.

The AI doesn't remember nor copy, it literally "looks" at the material and gets "inspired" by it, like you would. Actual copyright infringement happens only if whatever it is that a person does with the AI-produced content would be illegal should this person do the same thing with art made by their own hand. If you can formulate a specifc form and extent of damage any single one of the images here has caused to a single specific artist, something no expert law firm has been able to do thus far, please enlighten me.

And don't even get me started on AI being "no effort", if it was no effort, we wouldn't be spammed by these generic unmemorable AI galleries where the person didn't even bother to touch up AI artifacts.
