It isn't that his preference is NTR, rather he actually writes stories where the NTR could have been avoided. As an example in this story, the problem isn't the blonde guy but the idiotic guy that never makes a move on the girl he likes. He has all the chances in the world, but never really tries. This is highlighted later after he had cucked the protagonist once again and fucked the glasses girl. he had taken her virginity, but because he had such a small dick, the male protagonist that had a huge cock, was never the wiser and actually believed that he was fucking a virgin.

In the end, the protagonist ended up NTR'ing the guy that had cucked him, which was sort of a turn around because I at least was now rooting for "the bad guy".

Same thing in this story. The blonde guy has a weird ballsack. For sure he ended up tricking the "male protagonist" to leave, but he didn't force the girl to do anything. The male protagonist was the one at fault here so I have zero sympathy for him.
