Feminization and Gender Change are incorrect tags here. When a male changes into a cuntboy he remains in the male namespace, so his gender isn't changing. He isn't changed into a crossdresser or dickgirl either, so there's no feminization.

I would wait until the new pages are uploaded before adding tags for content without visual presence. There are very strict rules on gallery tagging which you should familiarize yourself with here: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Gallery_Tagging.

Also, the feminization tag isn't used here the way it's used on other sites or in common parlance. It's a very technical tag that specifically requires a male changing into either a crossdresser or dickgirl. The only way I could see feminization happening in future pages of this gallery, assuming he doesn't grow a penis, would be for the male cuntboy to become a crossdresser. I think that's almost guaranteed since they're reversing the age before genetalia meaning she'll be a women. Of course given the hospital's track record and that being the expected result it might be something out of left field like a race change.

Yep this is one hundred percent on the hospital not him, they changed the receptionist after the first incident but didn't tell the new one there are two Mr Johnson's ensure which one is the correct one. I think the hospital lawyer is well aware of this and that administrator has probably been mentally noted as someone the hire ups should look into before he does land them in a lawsuit.

It isn't as simple as "growing breasts." You can have a male or a cuntboy with breasts, and that would still be classed in the male namespace. The overall appearance would have to be female to be in the female namespace and count as gender change.
