You know, I could point out that this is a terrible comic because of the janky ass setup (going from a full betrayal to uneventful sex life as a setup is... weird/) or because of the blatant mischaracterization (Steven 'Love.compassion and infinite shapeshifting' Universe as the 'unfulfilling/cheating lover' trope is some pretty serious "Ron the Death-Eater" level shit.)

But I think that the far more telling point about this comic is just that there's.. absolutely nothing appealing to the sex and nudity so far. Jenny might as well be unconscious for all that she's NOT doing in that page, the main thing we're SUPPOSED to take away from Connie's sex life is how she's getting nothing out of it. How many more pages are we going to have to not enjoy before we get to... whatever this dumbfuck setup is leading up to? How can we not speculate when the story plot is so predictable. Here's how they set the whole thing up: Steven Universe is a controlling creep with erectile dysfunction and Connie is a selfish and sexually unsatisfied thot who, at the end of the first volume (and from the thumbnail) will sleep with Futa gems, all the young guys in Beach City, and/or Steven's dad just to finally get off and get back at Steven. I mean, we're already ten pages in and there's really nothing appealing to the sex and nudity. Hell, I have to agree with the other guy that the sex scene with Jenny should be a bit longer. Honestly, I've seen this guys work and it's usually the same material. The artwork's great but the story is derivative, even for a porn comic.

Also, the fact that Steven has instinct-based shapeshifting and could grow a couple of inches, and other stuff, this feels more like it's Connie's problem in the sack than Steven's.

So, page 10 states that Steven's benevolent personality was a complete facade that he's held up since he was a kid, and it was to simply to get Connie in the sack, even though she's been his childhood friend for years? I said it once and I'll say it again that this netorare premise is highly cliche and idiotic.

@funkwolf Honestly the "Steven kinda is a pathetic asshole loser" wasn't prevalent in the show until Season 5, the movie, and Steven Universe Future where he starts becoming more self-loathing and controlling mess. Most of the series, you Steven trying to be a mediator between the Gems, his friends, and other people, doing what he can and can you blame him? You have a young kid who's being dragged on adventures with the Crystal Gems, protecting Beach City from monsters, but then when he learns the darker aspects of his family's lives, the Gem Wars and the Great Diamond Authority, and that his mother wasn't what she seemed, he was forced to grow up faster than expected. As for the part where they didn't have writers, that's not entirely true. The show did have writers and at least try to keep it on course, and while Rebecca Sugar stepped occasionally, the Steven Bombs and executive meddling didn't help much, especially in Season 5. Other than that, the way Steven was handle was pretty well in the original series. Future's handling of Steven, the fallout of Era 3, and his relationship with Connie was indeed poorly managed.

As for the last part, I would agree with you. However, I will say that there are some Hentai artists who do a pretty go job at writing too. Brandon Shane, Javisuzumiya, and Yair do a pretty decent job balancing hentai and storytelling.

This comic is stupid as shit really, like you have Steven one of the nicest guys in fiction a dude who literally ended a war through being kind, gentle, and understanding and is now just suddenly an asshole for no reason, it doesn't make sense, like Future at least it was clear Steven's behavior was caused by his trauma but he was still the same guy in the end, here through everything from the show happened but he was actually an asshole the whole time? If there were things that caused the change in Steven's personality, that would've made for better reading. If this is just a one shot, then you know, you make do with whatever time you're willing to put into the actual plot.
