Really love the detailed pussy piercing and modifications. Not may artists out there put this much focus on them, which is a shame. The closest ones I can think of are radio ga ga (https://e-hentai.org/g/118124/8aff2a2f61/) and Nikubenki Seisakusho (https://e-hentai.org/tag/group:nikubenki+seisakusho), but both have scat which isn't my thing, and Nikubenki's style is too gaudy and has too much body writing and tattoos. jm also has some great pieces involving modified/pierced pussy and those are the best IMO.
The xray on pg 28 and 29 is pretty hot, would love to see more like it.
Depicting progression where the subject is gradually modified would also be great.
Showing how nipple/clit/pussy pumps are used to enlarge them would be hot too.
