I think the simplest explanation is that if you have it too good romantically in canon, most of the fan works will be NTR. Similar things happened to Belldandy from Ah My Goddess. Harems usually avoid this.

It's because that's the whole point of the genre. Nothing is stronger than ntr villain plot armor. It's a power fantasy that tramples all canonical logic and common sense with more ease than the most wish fulfilling of isekais.
