Oh come on you can't call this English. It's just a machine translation by someone who knows absolutely no English otherwise he could have fixed the translation to make it sound more natural. Just a bunch of unrelated bubbles with some unrelated words in it.
I like the theme and the art is fine too but this translation makes it impossible for me to “do ejaculation to my tissue and enter any sperms into it”.
