Honestly, I'm not sure they'd want the Technimind name to be linked to their new account since it seems like they've made the conscious decision to abandon all their old Technimind accounts, and even those linked to them.
So, yeah, it looks like they've started over fresh.
While this is just a theory of mine, the notable lack of loli art on their new account makes me think that might have something to do with why they abandoned their old accounts.
