Interesting story for the most part so far.... I get the feeling that the girl the boy likes isn't really married to the student president, but he'll think she is and he won't have sex with her, leading to her confessing her feelings to him and her being final girl for the collection.

Either that or when it's finally her turn, he doesn't want to do it for the book, but because he likes her. Cue 1 year timeskip ending with her approaching him again, but to make their own personal collection.
