What it refers to "retractable penis" (可伸缩阴茎), is the canine penis of the brown dog. This is innacurate, as a canine penis isn't retractable, as a canine "erection" does not actually erect (straighten out) the penis. The baculum (penis bone) makes it always straightened to begin with, with arousal only increasing the amount of blood in the tissue, leading to just increased size.

I imagine whoever put "retractable penis" in the tags wanted to tag the depiction of non-human genitals.
