Check page 20's middle upper panel. You can clearly see how the outline of her chin is made up of multiple strokes of a semi transparent digital brush. This is very consistent across the whole thing. You can also see how wobbly some lines are also consistently. Finally, the edge of the outline of the frames is jagged, clearly because the author didn't turn on anti-aliasing when using the line tool he used while working on it. This is just a digitally drawing manga. It's not made with A/I
