One of the official press packages for Haruki Kadokawa & Madhouse's Harmagedon / Genma Taisen. I've taken a fancy to Katsuhiro Otomo as of late, so it lead me to some weird roads to get this one. Acquired from Yahoo! Auctions, this press package was for VIP showings and was not for public consumption. Included in this press package are descriptions of the characters, their actors, the plot as well as some rarely documented, if ever, production stills and paintings by Otomo and Kazuo Tomizawa (冨沢 和雄). These pieces have writing on the back, mainly in graphite, and belonged in the personal collection of a reporter. Each production still is 5 x 6 inches. A poster is included as well, which has been documented.

Really happy to own these and they are now safe and sound. Many do show up from time to time on the web, so if this is your thing, I'd definitely try to secure one. There were some personal effects in this that I cannot show due to addresses etc. Many aspects of this press package would be changed and it appears to be from late 1982 to early 1983. These aspects, such as the inclusion of the esper shown in the beginning of the film, being deemed a main character, was later removed.

The poster is so massive that it can't be scanned normally or photographed that decently due to the paper, so I did what I could in this case. Otherwise, all other pieces are scanned in at 600 DPI.
