@jehaknaboom The point of incremental uploading is to incentivize their audience to sign up for their patreon or purchase it early on itch.io. They use said funds to support themselves and continue creating the content they their audience appreciates. By going behind their backs and uploading the entire comic early, it removes an incentive to support them, thus depriving the artist of part of their income.

C'mon folks, it is jehaknaboom's modus operandi to argue/exploit the letter of the law while violating the spirit of it in order to farm mod power. We all know this by now.

The TRULY relevant part of the rule is "clearly primarily intended". If you ignore that part, then no sample/ongoing galleries would be allowed at all. But they are, of course.

Unfortunately, that part is subjective (i.e., no objective standard) and open to interpretation, and that's why jehaknaboom is being a little bitch about it.
