I'm unclear if it fits the theme of the site well enough so chancing an upload anyways.

I didn't bother to split the pages; if people want a split pages version up vote a comment & I'll post one. The cropping is very good on this copy; a split pages copy would just be a straight 50/50 for all pages.

Based on the Amazon info there's some pages missing (5 pages?); if I figure out what's missing I'll update the gallery.
