damn, I remember that scene with the yellow dress... When I saw it back in the days I was hoping for a "quick nip slip" or maybe Bison ripping the rest of her clothes off, hehe
I can't believe some artist finally decided to draw a story based on this scene almost 30 years after the show's airing (even if I liked more Chun-Li in the Street Fighter II Animated Movie to be honest).

The artwork is so good and authentic to the original anime series that I went and supported the artist. He even does Youtube videos where he draws and inks a page of the continuation story to this.
