Not very sure, but KuroAI12345 wrote "AI content creator | real artist in training" on twitter Bio, and "AI content creator that loves cute and lovely art that also does suggestive nsfw content at times." on Ko-fi.
The account was created in November 2024 and posted 700+ images within a few months.
So it should probably maybe all generated by AI...I guess. :)

Some artists are using AI as a means of assistance. For example, creating a rough sketch or colorless page, then having AI fill in the blanks. It's still AI, just less repetitive.
