A collaborative introductory issue to the Erika imprint by the circles AA & AVC and Red Pegasus. This work was published February 20th of 1979, so it didn't make it to Comiket, but several members are introduced for upcoming issues. This preporatory issue includes information on how to submit work, the sizes of acceptable manuscripts and additional information.

Additional collaborators include the Prince Heinel Fan Exchange (プリンスハイネルファン交流会), HSS, AFC Combination (An adjoining Akira Kamiya FC) and Anime and Manga Research Club Yamato. 4 circles are noted to meet the organizers of this joint publication for screenings, and at the time of publishing, they had 40 members tops.

Vol.4 of Space Wing is announced and was slated to be released March 20th of that year.
