If you want to try yourself you can find many articles about install the SD, but here is some tips:

- Have decent Nvdia gpu
- Use the Stable Diffusion Forge not old A11111 one, Forge is more stable and run well on low vram GPUs
- Use Hires fix for better result and sharp looking images
- Use ADetailer, it make character's face look much better, also can fix fingers problem (sometimes)
- If you want generate something but result is bad, try to install some relate LORAs
