if you want to recreate this (partially, not 1:1) install sexlab (different versions have pros and cons, research and choose one that fits you) slaverun reloaded and slaverun enforcers standsalone along with Devious devices, milk mod economy for milking and just any schlong mod (I recommend the new gentleman), Himbo for male body, 3BA for female, BD’s armor replacer for the armor shown at the start (similar, but not 1:1), skins for male and female (any one will do, I recommend BnP for male, Diamond for female), slavetats for the mark
This is heavily omitting all the requirements, this is only the major mods responsible for the look and feel, you have to tinker with community shaders/Enb, character presets and all that to get the exact way you want it, also skse and all the fundamental requirements have been omitted, this is not a complete list to get your modded skyrim up and running.
