Sadly Scrambled Heggs (as far as I can see) is still a pretty reclusive Artist and has no known socials.

Mainly uploading this since sometimes Gelbooru takes down Genshin Impact stuff on account if it being Chinese and not Japanese if it's not a Japanese artist making it. (and I stumbled onto this looking for Scrambles-Sama again or Fae-Sama as they go by now since very similar names.)
