The coloring itself doesn't suck but the images do get rougher in texture. Maybe try a different approach in order to not lose their original shape. With that said, I love that he gave Morissa purple eyes, they fit her so much, same would be with blue. :)

Sorry, this is a huge downgrade. The line work got crushed, the coloring is flat with no shading, and the technique is terrible. This looks like MSPaint from 30 years ago. Just putting it in Photoshop and using the fill tool would produce better results.

That's not how deleting text messages even works. You can delete it on your end all you want, but it doesn't remove it from theirs.

not sure what went wrong but you can paint on a layer above the linework and set the mode to Multiply so that it won't paint over black pixels. it will appear like you're drawing on a layer below it, works like a charm. but may need some tweaking on non-white areas (i.e. shadows, imagination). this also means that you can set your Bucket tool to expand the painted area to avoid gaps if your software supports it. https://i.postimg.cc/MKqvpMdf/Screenshot-20250812-223846.png
