This will be the first time that I upload a commissioner, why? in more than 10 years this user has commissioned more than 400 drawings of her OC's. That is incredible (in terms of constancy, love to her characters and money). I think that keeping this kind of users is important, even if they don't have any own drawings in their gallery. Also, a lot of commissioned art is not in the official galleries of the artists who drew them or directly the artists are no longer in DA. Anyway, this user deserves to be preserved somehow.
