Interesting choice to combine the two AU timelines together into a single gallery. Though pg. 32 seems to confirm that Momo and Mineta are in an official relationship rather than a simple sex-friends one for the AU where Izuku got together with UraToga rather than Ippan.

Damnit, now I'm curious as to how Momo and Mineta got together in the first place! Though with that knife, I'm guessing M and M will need couples counseling more than Izuku and his girlfriend with two souls.

What I don't get is why does HimikOchaco on page 16 has that wicked facial scar when not only does GhOst-chako not on pg 16, but neither Ochako, Toga-possessed-Ochako, nor To-ghost-a do anywhere else in this gallery?? This vexes me.

EDIT: Thank you @hentailover6983, having not read Chainsaw Man, I don't fully get it, but I can correlate it now with the character I've seen from it with the same facial scar. That rather makes me feel better

I don’t think the artist was merging the two. The two galleries only looked that way because Ochako had become part of Izuku’s harem in the Josei timeline with Vestige!Toga in tow. The Ochako timeline still has Momineta and the Josei timeline still has Todomomo.

Can someone explain to me why Momo appears with Mineta, and in another image, Momo appears with Todoroki and a baby just like Todoroki? The same goes for Ochako. In some, she appears alone, seemingly wanting to be with Deku, and in others, she's already with him. Is she joining the harem? Are there two timelines?
If Mineta stays with Momo, it's a really bad fate for her.

This gallery is actually the combination of 2 (technically 3 with that one image of Camie and Sato) storylines of loosely-connected single images. The first is the Ippan Josei timeline where Izuku gets together with the tall, green fox woman that he saved during his rogue arc, while the other is the Ochako/Himiko timeline where Izuku gets together with his high-school sweetheart and Toga joins due to being a vestige within Ochako.

In the Ippan Josei timeline, Momo marries Todoroki. In the Ochako/Himiko timeline, she somehow forms a relationship with Mineta. Likewise, Ochako spends years of stalking Izuku, growing bitter over his developing happiness with Ippan, at least until she gets to join the harem of MILFs Izuku accidentally created. In the other timeline, Ochako navigates trying to have a relationship with Izuku alongside the antics of sharing her body with Himiko's vestige.

There are prior galleries that focus on each timeline. It's just that this one has the newest pieces that Vlizz has created.
