An adaptation of the Holiday Special short in book form. I was autistic enough to think they used 4k/HD stills from the film or had a good print of it, but this was actually re-illustrated by Marco Lesko and Fabio Laguna.
The cover had to be totally reconstructed as the original one was damaged in shipping.
A fun fact about this cartoon segment, it was the only part of the Holiday Special that George Lucas was happy with, he would later work with the animation studio to make the underrated Droids and Ewok cartoons (at least Droids is underrated, haven't watched much of Ewoks) and Don Francks would also be brought back to voice Boba Fett in Droids. The Holiday Special was why Lucas later became a control freak over Star Wars, as he had been busy with writing ESB and a bunch of tv variety writers were given his outline, took a small handful of ideas from it and did whatever they wanted with it. It was meant to have an actual plot and not just a series of weird skits. It was meant to be more in line with Star Wars, like the old guy would have a tragic backstory and there was to be some sex appeal with iconic 60's/70's sex symbol Raquel Welch planned to be a female Imperial Officer who does a sexy, seductive dance as she goes around sabotaging a ship.
