She has quite a traumatized look on her face on the last page, but something isn't adding up. Why is she pregnant? She's literally the best medic/healer in Naruto, and I even looked it up in regards to if Tsunade became a medic after the war; "She earned fame during the Second Shinobi World War for being the only person able to make antidotes for the poisons of Sunagakure's Chiyo."

Which just confirms to me that... She wanted the pregnancy to happen, she let it happen when she could've easily aborted the unborn child at any time.
