@Kunavang Breasts are part of what counts as a character's sex. If an overall male character is changed to look like a girl with a dick, that qualifies as gender change/morph.

Yeah, somewhat, but I still think in the direction that there are only two sexes: the one — how should I put it… the penis, the one who can impregnate a woman with sperm. And the other is the woman, who can give birth to children. Which, at least here in art, still counts as male/futa, where I’d say at most that (gender morph) fits, but not (gender change). Okay, it’s an old story, but in my opinion I’m not wrong ;D

Gender Morph requires Gender Change, as the tag exists primarily to narrow down Gender Change not caused by Skinsuit, Body Swap or Possession. You will never have Gender Morph without Gender Change in any circumstance.

We generally base our gender namespaces on breasts when the body can reasonably be expected to have them (as in, we're not going to rule every loli or animal Cuntboy/male), not on the ability to conceive, so Shemales and females who are infertile due to being too old, too young, mutilated, or other reasons are still treated as female; m:Big Breasts and m:Breast Expansion (which does not apply to Gender Morph because it already invokes m:Transformation if the change itself has presence) primarily aimed at characters who are overwhelmingly masculine (like, bara body builders having their pecks inflated, not just any random person with a dick)
