It has been uploaded before, but they’re different scans. Looking over the two, this one’s better. It’s not 100% superior, but does qualify for replacing the old gallery.

Pros of this new scan:

* Higher resolution
* Generally does a better job at not cutting off the content
* Includes the original credits page (this alone makes the old one expunge-worthy)

Cons of this new scan:

* Some upside-down/sideways images (pages 19 & 21). Can and should be fixed fairly easily
* Some stuff’s cut off slightly more than in the previous scan (Quick examples are the title page, plus a bit of the art on page 20)

(May have missed some stuff, this is a pretty cursory look at both galleries.)

This still 100% qualifies for replacing the previous gallery. The missing credits page is the key thing. However, if you’re someone enjoying this, you might check out the previous gallery for a few things here and there.

This gallery’s English title is weird, and it’s not really the uploader’s fault. It’s flat-out a reference to Sailor Moon, but English-speaking audiences don’t always know that the translators for Sailor Moon dropped the “Pretty Soldier” part. Do we keep the Sailor Moon reference in the English title, or go with quitting the Pretty Soldiers? I’d prefer the latter (helps establish this as an original series and everything), but I understand why the uploader went for the explicit reference. I’m honestly not sure what the rules are here and can’t look them up offhand.

Policy is to use romanized titles, not translated titles, on untranslated galleries. This is barring cases where the work has an officially provided English title (like the author's own English on the cover).

So there's no argument whatsoever about whether it should be the reference to Sailor Moon, or "quitting the pretty soldiers" - neither is appropriate.
