I'm not sure whether AI illustrators have copyright protection, not to mention I can clearly recognize your AI models are using some illustrator illustration to train without authorization from the illustration author. how can you make a copyright strike when you are violating the copyright laws yourself ?

Derivative works and doujinshi also fall under copyright protection. Some derivative works are officially permitted, while others are only tolerated without explicit approval.
If you are creating derivative works, you must remove them if the original author objects, and in some cases you could even be held legally liable.
However, simply uploading someone else’s work as it is, without permission, is completely unacceptable.

(and that shit wouldn't lead anywhere and it seems really childish and funny to make such a threat) In this way, chack or any AI creator who uses properties of someone else cannot sue third parties for copyright, because his work is already in the "gray area" of intellectual property misuse.

All he could do was ask nicely to stop with the uploadings or say something like, "If you liked it, consider subscribing." but, no he try to be Big Boss and came straight with stupid threaths when he is using other people's characters; that's hypocritical.

Even if you are the original creator, I feel that using such strong wording in the ambiguous realm of AI is rather inappropriate.

You might think I’m lying, but I only discovered your work last night and was genuinely enchanted by your delicate emotional progression—especially PAGE 21. That particular image added so much depth to the entire set. I had planned to subscribe on October 1st, but seeing your recent comments made me hesitate.

In a world where resources are everywhere, I believe people are more willing to pay out of support than simple buy "something". That’s my perspective.

guess is the end,i hope chack's later work live up to its price on booth though,i came to search on ehentai majorly beacause i dont think the price is worth,take ramen chan for instance he sells 100-200 japanese yen per work and usaully contains 200+ high quality pages with rarely repetitiveness,chack's work are 3-7times the price and i think only that yamada ryou one is good so far
