Very sweet and beautifull storie loved it just makes me wonder what hapend to her after she disapered.
On side note i can understand geting hit or beat up IF pople have done things to other (very bad things) but for no reason just to vent out anger or something dam they deserve to die.

@188Kasrkin: at the start and at the end, he is a salary-man and married to Tsukimura and she is pregnant. The phone number was probably also for Tsukimura.

@Jaycegee: I suspect Shiroyama wrote Tsukiyama's number down to push him to confess. The call has the other person asking who is on the phone, and Shiroyama would have known it was him if she had written her own number down. He also gets teary-eyed because he wanted to speak with Shiroyama, but hears Tsukiyama answering on the phone, and realizes that he will probably never again meet Shiroyama.

The manga is beautiful, but I do not find it sad. It is definitely Bittersweet since he could not do anything that could help her in her problems, but it does not equate to it being a tragic life. The mother died and she moved away without saying anything, but this does not sadden the guy, but uses it as a source of will to move on, so yeah definitely sad but not to the point of it being a depressing work. If anything else, it could be considered sweet, albeit bittersweet and as well as a sad but hopeful in the end...

Definitely a 9 out of 10 for me.
