At the end the manager said only the part about "Swallow" shutting down was a lie (to get him together with Shizuka), didn't say the part about Shizuka ("S.A.-san") getting raped 2 years ago was a lie too. Plus it was such a graphic scene of rape too, for an explanation of history that never happened.

From my understanding they were not actually done divorcing either. So does this count as netorare? He does sense with his intuition that there's no 'unhappy/traumatic feel" coming from the girl, but...
