It seems like all of Soft Drop and Are We Engaged? (her ongoing comics at the time she said goodbye) along with potentially several of her other longer-form pics/sets were added onto the back and throughout the gallery. Probably as a single place to be able to find all her work.

Seems you didn't read the uploader comment. You can also see what changed by clicking on the "parent" link in the top left torrent description, which will show you the previous state of the gallery.

Before this update, the gallery mostly contained the art Welcome to Heaven posted on their Twitter and later Bluesky. After they announced that they wanted to delete all their art, I made sure to archive everything that I could get my hands on. This included a full rip of the artist's Patreon. Unfortunately, those uploads were really badly ordered and had a lot of identical filenames. Even worse, there is some art that was only on Patreon, some art that was only on Bluesky and so on. Ordering it took me ages. With this current update, we start with the latest artworks from Patreon, going backwards with time. Then we get to some multi page stories and later on to the art that was only uploaded on Twitter and Bluesky.

That section is what used to be at the start of the gallery. Another unfortunate issue with these files is that they seem to not play nice with duplicate detection software. I tried dupeguru and czkawka, but both didn't find most of the duplicates. In the end, I had to go through it by hand, which took forever. There are likely still duplicates in the Twitter/Bluesky section that also appear in the Patreon section and that I missed. Sorry about those, but I am out of energy to fix them.

The Patreon files also contained a lot of work in progress art for Succubus Simulator and some for the embedded game in Soft Drop. I have included these because not everyone will play those games and I doubt anyone but me would dig through the whole Patreon so thoroughly again. You can still get Succubus Simulator on itch.io, but the Soft Drop game was only available on the blog, which has since shut down. You should still be able to experience that game through the Webrecorder rip included in my torrent.

Lastly, I made sure to include "Soft Drop" and "Are We Engaged?" in full. These stories are incomplete but still worth experiencing for Welcome to Heaven fans. Archiving Soft Drop was another major pain in the ass. The artist had uploaded a pdf version to their Patreon shortly before shutting it down, but that version was really lazily made. Besides not being able to play the embedded game that way, it also skipped over the contents of the interactive elements on some of the chapters. So I had to go take screenshots of all the things in there and put them in the appropriate places so you'd actually get the full story. At least Are We Engaged didn't throw a thousand roadblocks in my way.

So yeah, I hope you appreciate my work. It took me ages. The whole web presence of Welcome to Heaven is gone now and I hope this archive helps all the sad fans find some comfort.

@NightfallGemini That's strange, there should be a bunch of seeds active all the time. Did you double check that you downloaded the latest torrent and not one of the old abandoned ones? The only other thing I can think of is you not being connectable. Which also shouldn't matter, since seeders usually set up their clients to be connectable. See if you can figure out port forwarding on your router for your torrent client and if that helps with downloading. I hope just waiting a bit fixed your problem.
